All items are hand packed with love in double corrugated boxes with Biodegradable packing peanuts. Yes that’s correct just put the old packing peanuts under some water and the dissolve! We also put fragile stickers all over the boxes.
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Butterflyartconnection@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Damaged Shipment: If your shipment arrives damaged you have 48 hours to file a claim – NO exceptions.
All orders are shipped with insurance through the shipper UPS.
In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILE THE CLAIM WITH UPS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES DURING TRANSIT!
